Pragma-Pro Consultancy Ltd (trading as PraxiumAI), company number 12749861, registered office 45 Redheath Close, Watford WD25 7AH ("we", "us"), operates praxiumai.ai and its TrustProof and TrustLayer Reveal tools. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.
Your name, firm name, email address, sector, and your answers to the diagnostic questions, when you use TrustProof or TrustLayer Reveal.
We use it to send you your report and follow up about our services, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry. If you go on to buy a paid service, we process your data on the basis of that contract.
Formspree (US) receives and forwards form submissions to our inbox. Netlify (US) hosts the website. Stripe processes card payments for paid services and never passes card details to us. Calendly handles call scheduling. All four are established providers operating under UK-approved international transfer safeguards.
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. If you become a client, records connected to a paid engagement are kept for 6 years for our legal and tax obligations.
You can ask to see, correct, delete, or object to how we use your data. Email hello@praxiumai.ai; we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113).
We use a Facebook Pixel and may use Google tools for site measurement, which can set cookies. You can control these through your browser settings.
We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration reference CSN1582448.
